God’s Art Work – A Family Serving The King

Not much is happening around the homestead right now as we settle into life with a new born and are having our RV repaired finally. I just wanted to share some of the beauty that surrounds us. We are waking up to the most incredible sunrises every morning as well as beautiful fall colors and I can’t help but try to imagine how much more incredible heaven will be.

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament showers His handy work.” Psalm 19:1

They shall fear thee as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations.” Psalm 72:5

“To Him that by wisdom made the heavens: for His mercy endures forever. To Him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for His mercy endures forever. To Him that made great lights: for His mercy endures forever: The sun to rule by day: for His mercy endures forever: the moon and stars to rule by night: for His mercy endures forever.” Psalm 136: 5-9

And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.” Revelation 21:23

“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And He said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.” Revelation 21: 1-7

But it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love Him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9

I can’t imagine anything being more beautiful that the art work God has placed in front of me…and yet He promises something even better!!

“Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.” 2 Peter 3:12-13
